The CII Learning Enhanced and Development (LEAD) programme is designed to facilitate the insurance professionals’ learning and fast-track development toward acquiring the ACII qualification. We also recognise the importance of supporting professional development so Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is built in the programme to sustain and enhance the competencies of qualified professionals to meet the changing needs of the community.
The programme aims to equip insurance and financial practitioners in Hong Kong with core knowledge of insurance and financial planning principles, and further enhance and develop their understanding in insurance contract law, insurance business and finance and risk management.
